Telescopic Man Lift

The telescopic boom lift operates with AC380V power, and compressed air pipelines can be added to the platform based on user requirements to meet specific work needs.

Its closed walking system allows convenient and precise speed regulation, offering a wide range of adjustments. The boom’s hydraulic system uses a double-spool circuit for enhanced safety, and the hydraulic components are sourced from top European and American brands.

Equipped with four-wheel drive, it delivers strong power and excellent climbing ability. The jib arm has an angle range of -55° to 75°, enabling access to hard-to-reach areas without operating the main arm, while also simplifying maintenance and repairs. The oscillating wheel axle adapts to uneven terrain, ensuring all four wheels remain grounded without compromising driving force.

For added protection, the cylinder piston rod includes a protective sleeve, and the boom head has a dust-proof device. The platform's rotation range of ±80° increases operational flexibility, while the output gear eccentricity of the slewing reducer (2.5mm) minimizes the boom's free rotation angle by allowing tooth backlash adjustment. Safety features include a mechanism that prevents the boom from continuing upward movement if it encounters obstacles and ensures retraction and lowering in case of engine or oil pump failure.

The electric crank arm version, powered by a battery, offers low noise and zero emissions, making it ideal for indoor and special work environments. For field operations where charging may be challenging, an optional generator set can charge the battery as needed. The electric version’s compact design, with reduced width and height when closed, further enhances suitability for indoor use.
