The mobile loading ramp tailgate is a small, low-height slope designed to facilitate forklift access to the boarding bridge. When in use, the tailgate lowers, allowing the forklift to drive onto the bridge. The base of the slope is supported by the load-bearing chassis of the mobile boarding bridge. The slope surface is made up of two layers: high-strength anti-skid checker plate and durable steel grating. The steel grating enhances friction, making it easier for forklifts to climb and descend the slope.

The slope angle is adjustable via a hydraulic operating lever. To ensure smooth movement, the angle should not be too steep for the forklift to easily drive up and down. The oil cylinder serves as the primary actuator for adjusting the height (and slope angle) of the boarding bridge. Equipped with tires and axles, the mobile boarding bridge can be easily moved and repositioned.

The manual hydraulic system consists of a manual operating lever, a hydraulic pump, and an oil tank. By operating the lever, the hand pressure pump forces oil into the oil cylinder, raising the boarding bridge. The bridge naturally lowers under the influence of gravity when the oil valve is released. Safety guardrails are provided to prevent forklifts from accidentally falling off the bridge.

The support legs can be adjusted manually by cranking the support leg handle, allowing the boarding bridge height to be set according to the vehicle's compartment height. Once the desired height is reached, the support legs are locked in place to help bear the weight of the forklift and its load, reducing stress on the vehicle's body.

A safety locking hook is adjustable in length and must be securely connected to the vehicle's carriage before operation, ensuring the boarding bridge and vehicle remain firmly fixed together to avoid separation during use. When the horizontal working platform is in operation, it aligns with the vehicle's compartment for easy forklift entry. The lip plate should be positioned at the bottom of the vehicle's compartment for smooth loading and unloading.
